Red scarf!
I crocheted a red scarf for my brother to pass the time while we were gallivanting about. I'm rather pleased with the result - nice red, nice texture, nice length - it's about eight feet long. He appears to have it double wrapped here. Took me about twenty hours or so total to make. Not too shabby!

It has the prefect amount of coziness too!
Right on, Rachel!
(How much yard did it take?)
I'm not sure what the yardage is for two reasons - 1) it's in metric, 2) I don't remember and I already tossed the label. :) It took me one and a half skeins of softly wound wool/synthetic mix about the length and width of my hand. My favorite part is the border, which you can't see here, because I made up the design (I'm usually a faithful pattern follower). Thanks!
