I think that this picture of L. is quite possibly the cutest, cheeriest picture ever.
Today, I finally find out how I did for the past year, as Amazon's three month long review process comes to an end. I don't know how cheery I will be after that.

Good luck w/ the review, dude. I think you're in the same or similar boat to a lot of other folks right now...
I got an exceeds (which is good, means you get twice as much stock - not stock options, but stock - as an achieves, which is just "good, you did your job"), a promotion, and a raise. *relieved*
Now I'm ordering pizza for dinner. And various other yummies to go with it. :)
